These Terms of Use (including the Content Safety Policy below) govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility (Age Requirement)

The Service is intended for users aged 18+ (or the age of majority required by local law, whichever is higher). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description and AI Limitations

You are responsible for your use of the Service and your decisions.
The Service is for entertainment and companionship purposes only and does not provide professional advice.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected.

3. User Content

"User Content" includes the text you submit. You represent that your User Content does not violate these Terms or the rights of others. We may store conversation history to provide continuity.

4. Content Safety Policy (Zero Tolerance)

We maintain zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Users who generate, request, or distribute content involving minors, non-consensual content, hate speech, or illegal content will have their access revoked immediately.

4.1 Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to create or share:

Spam, fraud, or attempts to bypass safeguards.
Content that infringes intellectual property.
Doxxing, stalking, or privacy violations.
Illegal activities or hate speech.
Non-consensual content or exploitation of minors.

5. Feedback & Safety Reporting (In-App)

The App provides a unified Feedback & Safety feature to report content or submit feedback. Safety reports are typically reviewed within 72 hours.

6. Enforcement and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we detect security risks. Severe violations may result in immediate termination without notice.

7. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was in error, you may appeal via the in-app feature or by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Safety Appeal".

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee error-free operation or that AI outputs will be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

AlphaFlow Limited is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
