AlphaFlow Limited respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. By using the App and Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Services.

This Policy applies to information we collect through the App and related electronic communications in connection with the App. It does not apply to information collected offline or by third-party websites, apps, or services that you access through links in our App. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

a) Chat Content and User Inputs: When you use the Service, we collect the text you submit, such as prompts, messages, and feedback ("User Content"). We also store AI-generated responses in your conversation history so you can review prior chats and maintain conversation continuity.
b) Feedback & Safety Submissions: If you submit feedback or report objectionable content using the in-app Feedback & Safety feature, we collect the information you choose to provide (e.g., description, chat excerpt) and limited metadata to help us investigate and respond (e.g., conversation identifiers, timestamps, app version).

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

a) Device and App Information: We may collect device and app information such as device model, operating system version, language/region, time zone, app version, and identifiers used for security and analytics. We may also collect IP address and approximate location derived from IP for security and fraud prevention.
b) Usage, Diagnostics, and Performance Data: We collect information about how you use the App (e.g., feature interactions, session duration) and operational data (e.g., crash logs, performance metrics) to maintain stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

a) Provide and Operate the Service: Customer support and chat history storage.
b) Maintain, Improve, and Secure: Enforce Terms of Use, detect fraud, and monitor performance.
c) Analytics and Product Development: Understand usage patterns to improve features.
d) Compliance: Protect rights and safety, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing (How Responses Are Generated)

To generate responses, we transmit your User Content (and recent conversation context) to our AI technology providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Volcano Engine). We do not sell your chat content and do not use it to train public AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing of Information

We share personal information with service providers (processors) and for legal or safety reasons during business transfers.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service. Chat history is retained for conversation continuity. You can request deletion in-app from Profile/Settings (Delete Account / Delete Data), or email us at [email protected] with subject ‘Data Deletion Request’.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

7. Safety Reporting and Feedback (In-App)

The App provides a unified Feedback & Safety feature to report objectionable content or submit product feedback. We use these submissions to improve the Service and enforce our policies.

8. International Data Transfers

We operate internationally and may process/store information in countries other than where you live, relying on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
