AlphaFlow Limited respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. By using the App and Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Services.

This Policy applies to information we collect through the App and related electronic communications in connection with the App. It does not apply to information collected offline or by third-party websites, apps, or services that you access through links in our App. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies.

We may link device identifiers and usage data with your account information (such as your email address, if provided) where necessary for account continuity, fraud prevention, and accurate subscription management across devices.

3. AI Processing (How Responses Are Generated)

To generate responses, we transmit your User Content (and recent conversation context) to our AI technology providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Volcano Engine). We use this information only to provide the Service, including generating responses and supporting safety and abuse prevention. We do not sell your chat content and do not use it to train our own public models without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing of Information

Analytics & Advertising Measurement (Third-Party SDKs)

We use third-party SDKs to help us operate, analyze, and improve the Service, and to measure advertising performance and attribution. These partners may collect information such as device and app information (e.g., device model, OS version, app version), usage data (e.g., feature interactions), and diagnostics (e.g., crash logs).

Examples of partners we may use include Google Firebase, Meta (Facebook) SDK, and Google AdMob. Google AdMob may use identifiers to provide personalized ads where permitted and subject to your ATT choices.

Tracking and App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

If you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, we and our partners may access the device’s advertising identifier and related signals to measure ad performance, attribution, and to personalize advertising. If you do not allow tracking, we will not use the advertising identifier for tracking, but we may still collect non-tracking analytics and diagnostics data to operate and improve the Service.

Attribution (Install and Purchase Measurement)

We may measure advertising performance by linking certain in-app events (e.g., subscription purchase, coin purchase) with the ad source that led you to install the App. Where applicable, this may involve sharing limited identifiers with advertising partners only if you have granted ATT permission.

We share personal information with service providers (processors) and for legal or safety reasons during business transfers. We do not sell personal information. We use tracking only where you have granted ATT permission and only for the purposes described in this Policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service. Chat history and User Content (including character profiles) are retained for conversation continuity and service operation.

You can request deletion in-app from Profile/Settings (Delete Account / Delete Data), or email us at [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account—including chat history, User Content, character profiles, Coin balances, and subscription records—except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax, accounting, chargebacks, and anti-fraud).

Deleting your account within the App does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed via Apple ID settings.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

7. Safety Reporting and Feedback (In-App)

The App provides a unified Feedback & Safety feature to report objectionable content or submit product feedback. We use these submissions to improve the Service and enforce our policies.

8. International Data Transfers

We operate internationally and may process/store information in countries other than where you live, relying on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
