VESPERLY Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data in either of these ways:

1. In the app: Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete My Data
2. Or email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line: “Delete My Vesperly Account”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

• Your account profile information
• Your saved chats and synced story progress associated with the account
• Your user-created story, character, or setup data associated with the account

We may retain limited data where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. This may include limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance records.

Where retention is required, data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose or as required by applicable law.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7–14 business days.
